Why we had to exist

Scroll through five chapters. Each validates a part of the product — not marketing fluff, engineering reality.

01

The leak

Your number walks out of every form.

Delivery apps, banks, webinars, OTP logins — each collects a phone number. Breaches and resellers turn those databases into India’s billion-call spam economy. The number was never designed to be revocable.

02

The scam

Impersonation thrives on static identity.

When “caller ID” is just digits, scammers spoof banks and relatives. Blocking one number is useless — they rotate SIMs. TrustRoute binds reputation to verified accounts and behavioral ML, not to a disposable digit string.

03

The model shift

Identity ≠ reachability.

You are @handle in public. Your phone number stays infrastructure — hashed for discovery, never shown. Connections carry mode: unknown, temporary, trusted, blocked. Reach rules follow mode, not a global block list that misses your dentist.

04

The enforcement

Real signup cost. Real consequences.

OTP, device integrity, liveness — mass scam farms pay per account. Unknown callers hit daily caps; intro messages are limited to three before you accept. Four ML models watch 45+ signals; abusive patterns typically surface within 48 hours.

05

The business fix

Companies stop shouting into the void.

Business Suite replaces list-buying with Business QR: scan → pending subscription → you approve or deny. Channels (transactional, promotional, OTP) with per-subscriber daily caps. Only people who opted in get your order update or appointment reminder.
